Michael ChristensenI would like to just let you know that it’s been about 6 months now since I purchased a home from Lexington Homes. I have to say I am as excited today about my purchase as when I first came to see your models in January of 2009. First of all, I would like to say you made the buying experience just a pleasure. I remember asking a lot of questions particularly about interiors and options, etc. I thank you for your help with the many decisions that go along with purchasing a new home. Your professional assistance was surely appreciated. You’re building new homes faster than ever which means that our community will be complete and mature faster than expected. The landscaping has been very well thought out and maintained throughout. That’s something you don’t always see once the builder has finished and the building occupied. The quality of home in particular is very good if not excellent. I continue to find little things that sometimes go un-noticed that reflect the quality in which your homes are built, e.g. like my heating and air conditioning bill which has never been over $100 even though my air or heat is on year round. This indicates tight seals and good insulation in my opinion. I have never heard a sound from my neighbors which again means you did a great job engineering the soundproofing between units. Another thing I have noticed or should I say have not noticed the effects that natural home settling has to the interior joints, seams, and walls. This again indicates to me very tight, strong construction with quality materials. The deck outside my kitchen area, although I think it could be about 2 feet wider, does not utter a sound when walking on it. Again, that’s quality construction. Purchasing one of your Lexington homes was one of my better decisions in life I am proud to say. Thanks again for building this nice community. Hope you do well on your next community project as well.
