Our experience with Lexington was nothing but the best.  Upon visiting the Sales Center we were greeted and welcomed with smiling faces.  The Sales and Construction staff were readily available to answer questions and assist in any way possible. Since this is our first purchase, we were looking for guidance, and Lexington well exceeded our needs and expectations. 

Before we decided to purchase with Lexington, we visited other comparable new townhome developments in the area.  From the quality, size, options, inclusions and staff, none of them even came close to what Lexington could offer.  We knew then that purchasing with Lexington was the perfect opportunity for us. 

We closed on our beautiful home in April, and we couldn't be happier.  We have met wonderful neighbors and look forward to meeting more. We enjoy all of the open landscape and nature trails that surround the community.  We feel lucky that we have found the perfect home and we couldn't have done it without Lexington!
