Tell us about yourself and your move. Why were you moving?
My wife and I were living in Lombard. I am a Mechanical Engineer and my wife is a Software Engineer. We were looking for our dream home for almost a year and half. We spent lot of time searching for what we wanted in a different area, but our eyes settled on Lexington Trace once we visited. Joan Svoboda was awesome sales manager who put everything together in a nice manner which was really helpful. Nothing was better than Lexington Trace in terms of the quality construction, service, warranty, and after sales service.
Why did you choose Lexington Trace?
Lexington Trace is great property with a prime location on IL Rte 59 with quick access to the Metra and interstate. Almost all sorts of grocery stores, restaurants, and sports entertainment options are nearby. On top of that, my longtime friend also bought his house in the same building. It’s good to have a best friend as a neighbor. Also, the people in this community are really great.
Why should people looking for a home choose Lexington? Why did you recommend it to Raj?
There are many reasons to choose Lexington Trace as your new home. We have been living in this property for almost a year. Raj was looking for home for 8-9 months. He visited many properties, but when he visited my house, he felt really great. He found all the required facilities in the unit. Also, Lexington Trace offers more upgrade options than any other properties. He and his wife also appreciated the easy commute to downtown Chicago for work. Also, he appreciates the community—neighbors in this property are very much in touch. We have huge facebook group for suggestions, recommendations, and get togethers. That’s the positive sign of having great people in community. All and all, this is an ideal community for anyone.
How did you feel about the homebuilding/buying process with Lexington?
It was a really smooth and easy process with Lexington Trace. Everything was on point right from the explanation of property to contract and closing. It was a cherry-on-top to have a sales manager like Joan Svoboda. She was really kind and explained everything with warmth. It’s hard to get such a kind sales manager. The process was pretty straightforward and easy.
What are your favorite features of your home and why?
I love every feature of our home, but especially the mudpan in the master bath. Also, I love some included features, like the 42″ cabinets and much more.
What do you like about living at Lexington Trace? What do you like best?
I like the quiet surrounding around the property and the lush green landscaping. We love our community and the people around here. If in future, if we choose to move, I would choose Lexington Builders again.
