Lexington Homes has announced the start of pre-construction sales at Park Ridge Place, a gated community of 16 townhomes in north suburban Park Ridge. Construction will begin in September, with first deliveries slated for spring of 2015.
Located on Dee Road, a quarter mile south of Touhy Ave, Park Ridge Place offers buyers upscale new-construction townhomes pre-construction priced from the $370,000s.
Park Ridge Place shares popular floor plans with its sister community, Lexington Station in Morton Grove, which recently broke ground on 31 three-story townhomes and is already 75 percent sold. The two townhome plans offered at Park Ridge Place boast two or three bedrooms, 2 ½ baths, attached two-car garages, 1,758 or 1,913 square feet, and are base-priced at $374,990 and $389,990.
“Park Ridge Place is in an outstanding location and offers outstanding value,” said Jeff Benach, co-principal of Lexington Homes. “Park Ridge is one of those rare Chicago suburbs that’s close to everything. It has good schools and easy access to a variety of shopping, entertainment, dining, expressways and public transportation options.”
For residents with high school children, Park Ridge Place is within a quarter-mile of Maine South High School, which is well known for its academic, athletic and fine arts success as well as being the alma mater of former First Lady and US Secretary of State, Hillary Rodham Clinton.
Sales for Park Ridge Place are temporarily being conducted out of the Lexington Station sales office located at 8342 Concord Drive in Morton Grove. For more information, or to make an appointment, visit the community’s website or call 847-232-7200.
