I heard about Lexington through my close friend Kunal. Our paths crossed at a terrace party organized by a mutual friend, and we instantly connected. Being new to the city, it was refreshing to meet someone with a similar mindset and interests.
Kunal shared his excitement about moving to the Lexington Trace community during its phase 1 launch. He was enthusiastic when he described the wonderful neighborhood, the beautiful homes, and the sense of community that was rapidly growing there. His genuine passion for Lexington piqued my curiosity, and I became eager to explore this community for myself.
Through Kunal, I also had the pleasure of meeting his wife, Binjal, who quickly became a dear friend to both me and my wife. They welcomed us with great joy and also invited us to their wedding, So when the time came for us to consider settling down and purchasing our own home, Kunal’s recommendation of Lexington held significant weight.
The aspect of having Kunal and a group of friends living in close proximity to one another further intrigued us. We longed for a strong support system and a community we could rely on, especially since we were still building our own network in the city. The idea of being just steps away from our cherished friends and neighbors was incredibly appealing and made the decision to explore Lexington all the more exciting. Cherry on top was—both Kunal and my wife belong to the same hometown back in India.
Friendship has a way of influencing our choices, and in this case, it led us straight to Lexington. I’m grateful for the serendipitous meeting with Kunal and the subsequent journey that led us to this remarkable community. Our decision to choose Lexington as our new home was not only based on the exceptional features and amenities it offered but also on the foundation of friendship that made it all the more special.
