One Year Builder’s Warranty

We’re proud of the quality and workmanship that goes into every Lexington Home, and we want you to be as well. That’s why we offer a one-year Builder’s Warranty with every Lexington home.

Prior to closing, you will have completed a final walk through with a Lexington Warranty Service Manager. On this walkthrough, we will make sure the home meets our strict guidelines and standards of quality. You also will learn about the warranty, how it works, and the schedule for our service callbacks.

We love to give our homeowners the opportunity to live in their home to understand how it works and check for anything that needs touch ups or service. You will have the chance to do another walkthrough with a Warranty Service Manager at one month after living in the home, and then again at 11 months. This way you get to live in the home through all seasons to be sure everything meets our high standards of quality.

Homeowners Manual

Every homebuyer receives a homeowners manual so you can fully know and understand your home. It contains helpful information, including:

  • A schedule of steps from contract to closing
  • Information about products included in your home and manufacturer warranties, which are transferred to you at closing.
  • Tips for proper care of items included in your home. This includes appliances and features inside and out.
  • Maintenance and troubleshooting tips, as well as a care schedule.
